Using either saw or flame cutting, we can cut steel pipe to any length you require.
You can specify saw cutting up to 762mm diameter, with our access to automatic band saws we can quickly produce your exact length requirements.
Large diameter tubes are cut using flame cutting machines to ensure true ends, you can have these ready bevelled for welding. The standard tolerances for sawn pieces is -0 /+ 3mm, but our saws will work to more stringent tolerances if you need them to. For flame cut pieces the standard tolerances are -0 / +6mm.
Our cutting services can be used in conjunction with our shot-blasting, painting, and drilling lines to produce fully processed structural sections and hollow sections quickly and accurately.
